Program Description
Sinclair Residence provides 24-hour care and supervision, and accepts children/young adults, who have physical handicaps and developmental delay. Our clients may also have severe, chronic medical conditions, which may result in a prolonged dependency on medical care to maintain maximum health and well-being. This dependency may be characterized by periods of acute exacerbation of life-threatening conditions, ongoing medical intervention and monitoring, the need for extraordinary supervision and observation, frequent or time-consuming administration of specialized treatments, and higher than average risk for further health problems.
